At a glance
What matters most
- Wait for personal confirmation before travelling.
- Use the named Google Business Profile directions link, not an address guessed by a mobile browser.
- Describe existing nail, lash or skin products so enough appointment time can be reserved.
Requesting the right service
Use the treatment menu to choose the closest match. Each Request button preselects the service and current price in the booking form. Select Help Me Choose when the difference between services is unclear, then describe the desired result and what is currently present.
The requested date and time remain preferences until the salon confirms them. Do not start travelling or assume an automated receipt is an appointment acceptance.
Information that prevents delays
For nails, explain existing gel, BIAB, acrylic or tips. For lashes and brows, mention previous reactions and patch-test status. For waxing, disclose relevant skin sensitivity or active products. For massage, share restrictions or health information that affects suitability.
- Send a photograph when existing work or a design affects timing.
- Arrive without product or makeup where the treatment guide requests it.
- Contact the salon before the day when you need to change the service.
Finding the salon
The website links Google Maps to the exact Beauty Style Salon Place ID so the destination is labelled with the salon name. Apple Maps and Waze coordinate links are also available from the footer and contact page.
If you have an access requirement or need help identifying the entrance, include it in the request so practical arrangements can be discussed before confirmation.
Common questions
Before you book
Is my online request a confirmed appointment?
No. Wait until the salon personally confirms the treatment, date and time.
Do you offer home visits?
No. All beauty treatments take place at the Merstham salon.
Can I change my treatment after booking?
Ask as early as possible. A different service may require more time, preparation, patch testing or a different price.
